These poems are meant to encourage those Who now are in despair Those who knowingly have made the choice To put their souls in for repair Giving themselves unto the Lord And following His instruction Studying daily in his word Is helpful (in my deduction) This book is full of Truth and Grace And I intended it to be Help for the entire human race If they take time to read and see When you sing praises to God above And count your blessings – so real - He will send to you, abundant love Changing the way that your heart feels In this book there is encouragement and hope Peace, Joy, and giving of Thanks Pure sweet love that can help you cope And fill in most of life's blanks There is no need for dread or for worry If you have chosen Jesus Christ as your way His promise is to receive you in glory Because you have refused to let Satan sway I have written this book to be uplifting Most readers, I won't be privileged to know I pray these verses a blessing As through this life's journey you go.
