Centennial has created its "SEE Centennial" program built on the cornerstones of Sustainability, Efficiency and the Environment to help lead the properties it manages toward the goal of making the next evolution of shopping centers a greener one.

What we are doing at MarketFair:

Recycling 160 tons of cardboard annually; the equivalent of saving 2720 mature trees and diverting 1440 tons of waste from landfills.

Decreasing the center's annual electrical consumption year over year by 2%.

Implementing 100% use of LED lighting throughout the interior and exterior of the center in 2025 to further reduce the use of electrical consumption.

Partnering with West Windsor Recycling Center for responsible e-waste recycling.
